In case of displeasure of the item or of improper size the goods can be returned within 10 days according to the legal requirements without reasoning.
We make every piece on request, so we are always here for a consultation in advance to avoid misunderstandings, improper sizes or wrong imaginations of our products.
We kindly ask you to return the items in the original packaging to ensure a damage-free shipment and a save arrival.

You have to bear the cost of the return if the delivered item meets the requirement of the ordered one and if the price of the item to be sent back does not exceed the amount of EURO 300.
In case of a faulty item the return is free of charge for you and we refund the costs thereby incurred in an appropriate scope.
In any case you send back the item, make sure it is custom free for us.
To avoid the loss of a package, we kindly ask you to send it registered and with a tracking number.
Each garment is subject to a quality test to exclude damages, stains or similar detraction.
Therefore and as a condition for returning we expect you to handle the garments with care.
Please consider that we cannot take back garments which where stained, washed, dry-cleaned or used.
You are responsible and reliable to pay compensation, if damages on the garments occure according to improper fitting.
